Fast talking, wise cracking Hustlita Adams has a dream. Just like most of America, her dreams are big. Born an orphan, her whole life’s dream was to buy a large house in the country. Rude, angry, obnoxious, moany, she despises people. Feels they’re bad and only get badder.
One day when she finds out her good for nothing ex husband cleaned out her back account, she is left penniless and broke. Left with no options but to scour the jobs on Craig’s List Wanted List, she finds a tiny advert for a radio Disc Jockey in a run down radio station in the heart of the Bronx. Margo, station owner, played by Sean Young, had a taste of the good life. She remembers the bright lights of the 50s and 60s and fears that her last remaining relic to the old ways is being left behind by modern technology. With a listening audience of 75 people, her chances of resuscitating the station are slim.
